I'm not sure what changed over the Thanksgiving weekend but now Proofreader is working. It is properly printing out the reports of whatever document I scan now. What happened when I first created the account was everything was set to default and I would get the "internal server error" even when I tried just using one option at a time. Thank you for your help.

Could you please be a little more specific. What are the recreation steps? What did you have as settings.

Proofreader app has an internal server error after a document is scanned.

I have a Altalink C8045 at firmware version 101.002.089.22600. The app loads up correctly but when I scan a document there is an "internal server error" message that shows up at the bottom of the screen.
