We have recently bought AltaLink C8155 printers and realized the poor native support for cloud integrations i.e address book from Exchange Online. Yes there are apps for it such as the Connect for Exchange Online but these are dependent on Xerox Workplace for SSO support which is a must. Without SSO these apps are quite useless for a UX point of view. We use Printix which handles our signin.
We would be interested in subscribing for the Connect for Exchange Online however without SSO it is not an option for us. Based on this we have some questions:
- Is Xerox working on developing the Connect apps to support SSO without dependencies on Xerox Workplace?
- Are there any plans to have better support towards cloud such as AAD and Exchange Online?
