Oh, ok. I'll work on getting a real salesforce account, in the meantime I believe everything should be working fine now. Thank you for all your help.

The app does not work with a Salesforce free trial account. That is the correct error message

Hello,
The app now loads and I was able to sign in using the free trial account I created on Salesforce's website. However, now after I sign in on the copier, I get a message saying "Missing refresh Token" then after I try to select the scan or print option, I get a message saying "You are not currently logged into Salesforce". The app version is 18-11-06.1

sent to the developers and they put in a fix. Please give it another try and let me know if it fixed your issue.

Hello,

SSO is not enabled and after I restarted the copier I still get the same message, "Variables not defined. Machine must be restarted."

Please give the app another try. I was informed by development that they put in a fix that might fix the issue you are seeing. Please let us know.

Do you happen to have SSO enabled on the device or had it enabled on the device?

Salesforce app does not open

I have an Altalink C8045 at firmware version 101.002.089.22600. The Salesforce app stays stuck on the loading screen for a few minutes then there is a message saying "Variables not defined. Machine must be restarted." Sometimes I also get a message saying "The script on this page appears to have a problem. Do you want to stop the script?" Whether I select yes or no the app force closes itself regardless.
