Hi Glenn,
Would you mind sharing your SharePoint URL with us? The URL helps us determine why your account is not working. You can send it to our feedback email if you do not want it displayed on the forum (xerox.app.gallery.feedback@xerox.com)
1. Login to your Office 365 Account
2. Select SharePoint (It should look something like this: https://gallery.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx)
Also, are you having any trouble accessing your folders from "Team Sites" or is just "My Sites" that is causing you issues?
Thanks,
XAG Admin
I tried three different folders,
The first two had a - in the name (one was named Sample-Data) so I thought it didn't like the -. But then I tried a folder called "Misc" and had the same issue.
All folders are at the root level.
Hope this helps...
Glenn
Hi Glenn,
Are you seeing this error message when selecting all folders or only certain ones?
Would you be willing to share the Folder names that are causing this error message? If so, you can send it to xerox.app.gallery.feedback@xerox.com so that it is not displayed on the forum if you would like.
Thanks!

Hi,
I have just tried and when I click My Sites, and then select Documents, I do see my folder listing now. However, as soon as I select a folder from the list, I get the attached error message. This is the same for when I select Scan To or Print From.
I can confirm that the folder name does not contain any illegal characters.
Once I click Close, the only thing I can do is exit the app.
Have you seen this issue?
Thanks,
Glenn
Hi Glenn,
Could you try logging in and selecting My Sites again. We have made some updates to the App that may fix the issue that you are seeing.
Thanks!
XAG Admin
I'm afraid my email address is not in either of these formats, no . in the first part of the email, nor is it a .edu domain.
My email is the first letter of my first name followed by my surname, with no "." followed by "@mycompanyname.com"
Thanks,
Glenn
Hi, Glenn.
We have had some cases where the userID formula has not worked flawlessly. These cases usually occur when the email address is in a similar format to the following: name1.name2@comany.com or name1.name2@company.edu
Note the . (dot) in both sections of the email address and/or the .edu extention.
Is your email address/userID in a similar format? If it is, we have made changes to the app to address this. The changes that have been made may address your issue as well. The update will be posted very soon (within a week or so) and may resolve the issue that you have described here.
Hi,
Many thanks for the quick reply. Your responses are clear and make sense, however when using the Office 365 app, after loggin-in I do see My Sites & Team Sites. When I select Team Sites it brings me to our Team's SharePoint site. However when I select My Sites it says I have no sites, at this point I cannot go back to the app Home screen, I can only completly exit the app.
So it seems I cannot access my OneDrive for Business via the Office 365 app.
Have you seen this issue before?
Cheers,
Glenn
Hi, Glenn.
Thank you for your interest in the App Gallery Apps!
I will address each question for you.
We are using Office365 and OneDrive as a business, when I try to login to the OneDrive ConnectKey app (latest release that I have installed on our WC7845 from the Xerox App Gallery), using my business account, I get a message saying that the account does not exist. If I login with my personal account, it works fine. This is expected. The App Gallery Print and Scan for OneDrive app connects users to their Personal OneDrive accounts. The Print and Scan for Office 365 app connects users to both their Business SharePoint and OneDrive accounts.
We are using ADFS in Office365 as we are currently looking to implement Microsoft Intune. The apps do not officially support ADFS, but it sounds like you're not having any trouble with this configuration.
Should I be able to login to the OneDrive app using my Office365 account? This account is not an "onmicrosoft.com" account, we have our own domain name implemented. If you are using the App Gallery Print and Scan for OneDrive app, your Business/Office 365 account will not allow you to log in. However, you will be able to login using the Print and Scan for Office 365 app. Your login ID may be a little tricky since it sounds like your company is using a Custom Domain (ie; not a '...onmicrosoft.com' account). You will most likely need to add your company domain in front of your UserID (ie; domain\userID). It sounds easy, however, this is not a fool proof formula. Not all MS Accounts work in the same manner.
Your Domain is usually included in the first part of your SharePoint online URL. Similar to; https://xerox-my.sharepoint.com/personal/John.Doe_xerox.com.
To find their SharePoint URL:
It sounds like you've been able to log in to the Office 365 app, so the above may not be an issue for you.
Also, I read a post here that says if I use the Office365 app that I should have access to both the SharePoint Site and OneDrive, however I don't see OneDrive when I login, only the SharePoint site. Should I be able to access my OneDrive for Business here? That is true. When you log in to the Office 365 app, there should be two folders that display: My Sites and Team Sites. The My Sites folders, when selected, will connect to your Business OneDrive account. The Team Sites Folder, connects to your SharePoint online site.
And one last thing, most, (if not all) of the customer sites we wish to use these apps at are/will be using a secure print solution, e.g. XSPMS with user authentication required to access the device. Does anyone have any idea if it is currently possible to have SSO for these apps so the user doesn't have to authenticate again to use, or if this feature is planned? Maybe a custom authentication app can be developed that can grab the logged-in user credentials and use these for authenticating with the App Gallery apps? The apps do not support SSO at this time. There has been a lot of interest in the capability and a new Feature Request has been entered into the development tracking system. This may be something that will be considered in the future. I currently do not have an outlook for when this might be added, though.
I hope that this information is helpful. Please feel free to post back if additional questions come to mind.
We're here to help.
Thanks!

Hi,
I know there have been a number of other posts/questions on these topics, some in the XAS forum, and some in this App Gallery forum, but I just want to ask some questions to clarify my understanding if I can.
