Re: Scan to Box not working

Can you check that all EIP Web Services mentioned in the error are enabled and also Allow Open Access to Job Information as well. You can find these settings under Properties > General > Extensible Service Setup and select Edit next to Extensible Service Registration.

Scan to Box not working

Scan to Box Cloud storage give following error: One or more required EIP web services not enabled.
Scan extensions
Scan template management
Job Management Extensions
SW of machine is at latest: 101.002.109.33800
