Scan to Cloud Email Issues

Scan to Cloud app no longer working. There have been no network changes and no error messages.Message states complete. Email never arrives to destination. When going to the console, the jobs list as Workflow scanning but that was not selected. App was reinstalled from the gallery with the issue persisting. Any ideas?

Email is currently expeiriencing issues. As soon as it is back up and running we will post to the forum.
