We have a C405 at 68.66.11 software with S2CE 4.0.1 installed. Date/Time is on NTP and all network configuration has been verified. We're getting a Scan to Cloud Email will not connect and also are getting 'An error occrured" with no fault/error code. Wehave completely removed S2CE and re-installed, verified netowrk settings, turned off HTTPS and then re-nabled with no luck. Anyone else have a suggestion?
