The scan to cloud email app is not working on my Xerox AltaLink C8130. I have spent hours on the phone with Xerox support @ 1-855-532-3507. They could not figure out why it wasn't working. They even sent me to "level 2" support and still nothing. They then proceeded to send me to this link stating they did not support the apps and I should reach out to this link. So here I am with a Xerox AltaLink C8130 paying nearly $300/mo and I can't scan a document. Pretty silly if you ask me. Hopefully someone can help out with this issue.
Is your C8130 connected to the network wired with ethernet or via Wi-Fi?
If Scan to Cloud Email does not end up working, there are many other options to enable scanning. You could use the WorkPlace app on your mobile device or other scanning apps built into the C8130.
