Trying to sign into our google account on the mfp through the app, the google login comes up, then we enter our email, then the browser redirects to our identity provider to log us in and the app quits citing "this application has exceeded the configured memory limit and must be shut down"
Is there a way to allocate more memory to this app, and or to the machine?
Hi, Yes you can increase the memory allocation for a device from the device's webpage. 1.Enter the IP Address of the device into a web browser 2. Select Properties 3. Under General Setup, select Extensible Service Setup 4. Select the Memory profile tab
