Re: Single Sign-On Apps with Workplace Cloud

Excellent!

I'm glad to hear that that worked and that your Single Sign-On apps are working now.

I will have the team investigate the reason behind the need for this workaround.

Thank you,

Re: Single Sign-On Apps with Workplace Cloud

Hello.

Thank you for the post.

We have seen some customers correct this by following these steps:

Log in to Workplace Cloud

Remove/delete the App out of Workplace Suite.  Remove just the app (or apps) that will not display the consent message.  In your case, remove Dropbox and OneDrive.

Reinstall the app and then exchange the keys again.

We have found that this has worked for some users.

If you have some time and could give this a try, please let me know if this worked for you.  My apologies for the extra uninstall/reinstall/key exchange.   If this seemed to work for you, I will share this additional information with the development team so that they can investigate.

Thank you,

Re: Single Sign-On Apps with Workplace Cloud

Hi, Jeremy.

Thank you for the post.

You are correct.  The app should prompt you to set/remember your Single Sign-On credentials.

We do know about this issue and our development team is investigating.  They believe that there may be an update/resolution for this by the end of the week (1/25/2019).  I will update this post when more information is available.

Please let me know if I can provide any additional information.

Thank you,

Single Sign-On Apps with Workplace Cloud

Hello -

I have downloaded the new ‘Connect 2.0 for DropBox’ and ‘Connect 2.0 for Google Drive’ apps onto my VersaLink C405 and a AltaLink C8070 in my local demo room.     I have both of these devices setup in Workplace Cloud for Single Sign-On.     However I can’t get it to remember my credentials.   I have logged into both apps on both devices multiple times while authenticated with Workplace Cloud.     Reading through the documentation it appears the Single Sign-On Agreement hasn’t been accepted for any of these apps (screenshot below).    Is the App supposed to prompt you at some point for a Single Sign-On Agreement?     I don’t get prompted for this on either App, on either machine.

Thanks - JT
