We are having issues with some of the apps and the system time out on the machines. If an app is processing a job that takes longer than the system time out, once the time out is reached, the app fails to finish processing the job unless they keep selecting the “Continue working” button. This has caused issues as the customer don’t want to stand in front of the machine waiting for the app to finish processing their job. In some cases, the end users have had to press the Continue Working button 5-6 times in order for the app to finish.
Is there a solution to or setting to allow apps to continue working even after the system time out? Or is expanding the system time out amount setting the only resolution?
