I installed Connect 2.0 OneDrive on a device and I get the following error. "This service is currently not available. Please try again later. If the problem persists, contact Xerox support." The customer has 2 devices on the same VLAN. One of them works fine. I asked the customer's I.T. if the port the machine is connected too has access to the internet and they confirmed yes. I tried removing and re-intalling the app, but that still fails with the same error. Any assistance as what to check or what to have the customer check would be appreciated.

are they the same device? what version of software are on the devices. Did you try creating a clone from the working device and put it on the non working device?
Same model, AltaLink C8035. The one that works is on 101.001.089.2260 firmware which is older than the firmware on the one that does not work, 101.001.099.33290. I looked at the SPAR notes and I do not see any firmware that resolve the issue. Yes, we use a clone for all the new devices.
I had the customer's I.T. test it today and he said it working. Not sure what was causing the problem as nothing was done by the customer's I.T. to the machine or their network.
