Trying to install the translation app on our 7835. Message says unable to authenticate user

If the error is occurring when attempting to install the app using the Web Portal, then it sounds like the Device credentials may not be correct. Please check that the 7835 device username and password are correct. After you check the device credentials, try to re-install the app.
