Are you using chrome? If so try removing the Xerox Device Connector and try again. That is what i did for my Versalink.
Was wondering if there was any resolution to this, i am having the same issues with a B405.
Hi, Jake.
I have sent you an email. Please let me know if you'd like to go forward with the request in the email.

verified DNS and time is correct, RSU was successful but still can't add device
Hi, Jake.
Thank you for the additional information. I have your report and am investigating. I will reply when I have more information to share.
Thanks again!

1. I'm pretty sure you need to update the firmware, maybe not for App Gallery itself, but it will need to be done for Dropbox later anyway. So grab it and do that.
2. Make sure it has access to the outside world, because Time/date/DNS/Proxy settings aren't used for print. So go to EWS > System > Remote Services Upload and give that a go
Well, would you look at that, mine fails too ;-)
My printer had the time off by an hour (Didn't change with DST) as well, the incorrect DNS was set (Test lab, probably done for a reason by someone, then forgot to fix when test complete, common issue in our test labs sadly)
Anyway, works now.
configuration report has been sent to xerox.app.gallery.feedback@xerox.com
Note when i try to use the Xero App Gallery on the device's control panel itself it just spins as well, it never makes it to any option to enter account information.
Hi, Jake.
It looks like DNS can't resolve that Host Name for some reason.
Would you be able to share the device IP address and config report with me, please? You can send the information privately to our email: xerox.app.gallery.feedback@xerox.com.
One other thing to try: go to the device, launch the App Gallery app and log in at the device.
If the device settings and network are configured correctly, the device should be added to your account. When you go back to the App Gallery Web Portal and log in, the device should display on your Devices tab. If the device is not added as described here, please let me know. We may need to set up a WebEx session so that I can look at the device remotely.

Hello, Jake.
Thank you for the message.
Can you verify that the Host Name (ksophe04-4b559.dhcp.sprint) matches the actual host name for the device, please?
This can be done by following these steps:
Open an web browser.
Enter the IP address for device.
Log in using the device admin credentials.
Select the Connectivity option that displays along the left edge of the page.
Select the Ethernet tab that displays along the top of the screen.
On the next screen, check the Host Name that displays at the top and to the right side of of the screen.
If the host names do not match, try adding the device using the Host Name that displays on the browser screen.
There is one other option. You could use the device IP address to add the device to App Gallery.
Please let me know if neither of these options allow the device to be added and I will investigate further.
Thank you,
