Unable to create Xerox Audio App account

Hi Team.

I have encountered an issue while installing the xerox audio app on one of our customers. I have listed the issue below for your easy reference


  • App installed successfully
  • Admin/Xerox audio app account created on the first use (via the app)


  • Customer haven’t received the activation/verification link for the created admin/Xerox audio app account (junk/spam folder checked)
  • No option for sign up, and unable to create a new account on
  • Unable to recreate account on the device, redirecting to the login screen automatically (tested uninstall/reinstalling on the same device and tested on another device as well and still the same issue)

 Please advise on the above issue and kindly guide us on how to create a new account.
