We are checking with the sanction team as to why it is under review. There isn't anything we can do at this time. When the sanction team completes, they will forward you the verification email where you will be able to open and login.

We are looking why your verify email is stuck in the scan. Did you receive any email that states, it could take up to 3 days to get the verficiation email?
Looking back at the thread, it looks like this thread started in 2020 and you replied to a post here. I suggest starting a new thread with your issue.

They normally answer here pretty quickly. You can go to Xerox® App Gallery and select the question mark next to the login link. One of the options takes you here and the other is for email.
I received an email last Wednesday, that takes 3 days for the verification but has been more than 3 B days.
Do they have any forum, email, or phone for contacting that group?

Sorry, I misunderstood, I thought you meant the forum user, not the AppGallery user. You'll have to wait for the AppGallery team to respond.
I did it this morning and now again I received the email to change the password with no problem
We only need the email verification for using app gallery
Try resetting your password. I can see that that email address is in the system.
I never received a welcome letter....
