Yes, eventually we were guided to emailing xerox.app.gallery.feedback@xerox.com about the verification emails and received prompt response. The emails were sent out shortly after and on the same day.

Customer was invited to create an account in the Xerox App Gallery, but they never received the verification email to validate their account. Their account is stuck on "validating" and I am unable to push their apps to them for setup. I've tested this another invitation to a separate company and the same thing happens, no verification email received. Please advise how to get the account past "validating" so that we can finish our app installation for them.
