We tried to install Apps on AltaLink using a weblet downloaded from XAG. If the device does not have an Internet connection, the App does not start and an error message "Device cannot contact the remote server." is displayed:Trying to launch the Clean Hands Reminder App.
The list of Apps that do not start includes the following: Clean Hands Reminder, Картриджи и Сервис. The same weblets installed on the VersaLink devices are successfully launched under the same conditions.
Please give recommendations on what to do. Not all of our customers' devices are allowed to have access to the Internet.
