These links should by end of day contain the firmware to resolve the Dropbox issue on the machines that were previously left out, at the time of writing this they are still being cached, check the links and download if the firmwares match what I list or have a 2018 release.
After applying the patch from firmware version 073.xxx.xxx.32400, dropbox app is now working. Thanks for your help everyone.
That is the most up to date version of the Print and Scan for Dropbox app.
Some of the devices required a patch to be installed, on top of the SPAR release upgrade. The patch was located in the same location as the SPAR, which it looks like the *.05210 release has replaced. I will confirm with the software folks, but I believe that the R18-02 SPAR release was built with the firmware and patch fixes all rolled in. If that is the case, then you should just be able to install the latest SPAR release on your device and the app should start working.

The firmware you have is the latest version, the version they pulled was 073.091.008.05210
It wasn't pulled because it was broken, just a license issue.
As for the dropbox app, as the installation instructions note, you need to upgrade the firmware (which you did) then upgrade/install dropbox from the App Gallery before it will work.
I just now did this on the 5955 running that exact firmware and it worked without issue.
On my connect key 5955 the spar has been installed but I actually am experiencing an issue with drop box. It says software is out of date, but the SPAR was installed last week.
When you click on the link for the SPAR now, it says "Attention all, this release is temporarily being pulled as we need to complete the licensing process.� I will inform you once it is ok to send.�" This seems to appear on connectkey machines only.
With the SPAR installed, I get the error using dropbox app, see photos below. Is there an update on this issue? Thanks.
The SPAR release for the 605/615 devices has been slightly delayed. It should be available near mid-March.
