That is the most up to date version of the Print and Scan for Dropbox app.
Some of the devices required a patch to be installed, on top of the SPAR release upgrade. The patch was located in the same location as the SPAR, which it looks like the *.05210 release has replaced. I will confirm with the software folks, but I believe that the R18-02 SPAR release was built with the firmware and patch fixes all rolled in. If that is the case, then you should just be able to install the latest SPAR release on your device and the app should start working.

After applying the patch from firmware version 073.xxx.xxx.32400, dropbox app is now working. Thanks for your help everyone.

These links should by end of day contain the firmware to resolve the Dropbox issue on the machines that were previously left out, at the time of writing this they are still being cached, check the links and download if the firmwares match what I list or have a 2018 release.
