Hi sangell, You can alsways try to uninstall and re-install that App to see if that makes a difference.
While the XM Fax App is in the Xerox App Gallery, XM Fax is an App developed and supported by XMedius. If you are a XMeduis customer, you should be able to get support for the App from XMedius/Opentext from their support link, https://support.xmedius.com/.

After an automated software upgrade to the Versalink B405, the XM Fax app gives a blank screen after clicking on it.
I upgraded the firmware to the latest version in an effort to resolve this issue.
Any ideas on how to solve this?
I went to OpenText, as suggested by another response to an XM Fax app question. I found nothing there even mentioning the Xerox app.
