Re: Xerox App Gallery Login - SNMP error

Hi, Byron.

Thank you for re-trying the App after reconfiguring the device.  I'm glad that the Gallery App upgraded successfully.

We will look into the SOAP error that is being generated.  More to follow.

Thanks again!

Re: Xerox App Gallery Login - SNMP error

Hi,

I'm using publ1c/pr1v473. I reset them to the default, public/private, and the app was able to connect and sucessfully update.

When I changed them back to my custom values, I received this screen upon launching the App Gallery.

If I hit OK, I will get to the App Gallery main page and can login successfully.

I did some testing and determined if I leave only the GET as public, I won't see this error. But as soon as I change it back to my custom value, I get this same message every time.

Re: Xerox App Gallery Login - SNMP error

Hi, Byron.

The app needs to complete an update, but it looks like something between the app upgrade and SNMP are not in agreement.

Would you mind sharing what your custom SNMP settings are?  If you'd like to share them privately, instead of publicly on this forum, please send them to our support email address:  xerox.app.gallery.feedback@xerox.com

We will investigate the cause and try to recreate the error here.

Have you tried to change the SNMP settings at all?  If you temporarily reset them, will that allow the Gallery App to update successfully? If the update succeeds, the custom SNMP settings can be re-established.

Thank you!

Xerox App Gallery Login - SNMP error

Hi,

I'm trying to login to the App Gallery from the UI and I get this message. Any ideas?

I am using custom SNMP vaules and I made sure it is correct on the device setup in my app gallery account.

Also, the other message is titled ' update failed'.
