Hello. 

I have just received word from our eCommerce partner that your documentation has been approved.  The eCommerce provider is all set for you to set up your banking information. The eCommerce provider verified that your account is approved and you should no longer see the message at the top of the page stating that you need to provide the KYC documents.

You should now be able to access the affiliate portal directly from this link, https://secure.avangate.com/affiliates/ and log in with this account email address: info@copygraff.gr. If you don’t remember the password, please select the forgot password link or let me know and I will see if we can set up a temporary password that can be reset once you log in. 

Please do let me know if you have any trouble accessing links, logging in or setting up your remaining information and we will work to correct the issue right away.

Our eCommerce partner is looking into the status of your submitted documents.  I will get back to you as soon as I have more details as to why you are still seeing the message to provide additional account information. 

Regarding your question about the reply link that does not work, can you share the reply link that they gave you, please?  What error message displays when your attempt to log in at this link?  Can you share a screen capture, please?

hi team,

 

i have upload before a month the document that they want ( ask for color id cards)

but i have still the message

"Please note that in order to receive earned commissions you need to provide additional account information. Click here to upload required documentation."

 

one more problem is that every time they contact me, they give me a link to reply that not work!

the link going to to avangate website but when i try to login, website dont accept my credentials!

my credentials work perfect in link below!

Hello. 

I checked this morning and your paperwork has been received.  The documents are being reviewed and once approved, that message should be cleared (ie; will no longer display). 

If any additional information is required, they will contact you directly.

we upload documents to portal, what next?

after few days we still have the message

I have confirmation that the documentation is required to receive your earned commissions. 

Also, it is completely acceptable to provide the documents in your language, as well.

ok, i recieve that mail and after login in XAG i put the affiliated code in correct box.

after i try to connect to website (avangatenetwork) and i try to reset my password!

that time worked!!! and i set new passowrd for my account.

 

so i have now a new question

i get the message

"Please note that in order to receive earned commissions you need to provide additional account information. Click here to upload required documentation."

and that message

is that info needed? we have that only in Greek most of them, is that ok?

I received an email today confirming that your Affiliate account is now associated with App Gallery. 

When you have some time, please log in to confirm that your account is working and complete your Affiliate set up.

I am working directly with 2Checkout to have them associate your account with App Gallery.

You do have an Affiliate ID.  I will share that with you in a private message.  

Once I hear back from 2Checkout, I will let you know if your account is set or if there are any additional steps that need to be completed.

Hello,

i recieve Friday a mail in my account to login and Verify my account.

i try but nothing! (i try with password from 2checkout.) i try to use "Forgot your password? Click here".  but still my mail not exist (see up)

maybe if you send me or reset for me my password? I dont put ever any password in that page!

i used only 2checkout page.

in that page dont let me create account with copygraff domain and info@copygraff.gr as mail (see my forst post)
