I checked this morning and your paperwork has been received. The documents are being reviewed and once approved, that message should be cleared (ie; will no longer display).
If any additional information is required, they will contact you directly.

i have upload before a month the document that they want ( ask for color id cards)

Regarding your question about the reply link that does not work, can you share the reply link that they gave you, please? What error message displays when your attempt to log in at this link? Can you share a screen capture, please?
I have just received word from our eCommerce partner that your documentation has been approved. The eCommerce provider is all set for you to set up your banking information. The eCommerce provider verified that your account is approved and you should no longer see the message at the top of the page stating that you need to provide the KYC documents.
You should now be able to access the affiliate portal directly from this link, https://secure.avangate.com/affiliates/ and log in with this account email address: email@example.com. If you don’t remember the password, please select the forgot password link or let me know and I will see if we can set up a temporary password that can be reset once you log in.
