The app was accidently deleted earlier this week and we just published it back to the gallery. Have you tried to download the latest version and install?
Hello. I'm trying to install the Xerox Easy Translator Service to some clients in their machine. I shared the application with my clients and the app shows in their accounts properly, but when I try to install the app it gives me an unspecified error. It only says from "EIP User". I also attempted to install it from the Chrome's extension Xerox Connector and it also gives an unspecified error.
However, when I try to install any other application from the Xerox Gallery app, it installs without any problems. Does anyone know what is happening and why I'm getting an error?
