we have a partner account and we send invitation to a new customer.
he is creating a new account and accept about 4-5 apps sharing invitations.
after all they connect to gallery and follow instarctions to add machine and install the shared apps to machine.
when they tryied to run QR code, Gallery, scan to cloud mail, all working good!
but Xerox Easy Translator Service loading a white screen and thats all.
I noticed that Xets is only avalaible when they login to Gallery only in My Apps Section! not at All Apps.
is something wrong with the app rights?
XETs is only availabe through the channel partner gallery. Do they have their proxy off? I believe XETs requires it on.
it doesnt work.
we have the same problem in 4 machines
2 altalink (8035 - 8070)
and works correclty in Versalink 7020.
