could you please try reinstalling the app to see if that makes a difference? We are unale to recreate the issue on our devices. If the reinstall doesn't work then we might need to do a webex meeting and have a look at the devices to see if there is some type of configuration setting that has been missed.

What device and software is the device running on? We had an issue and had to publish a new version this morning November 5th. Please try to install the new version and see if that helped.
we have he problem with tha white page ( something like server cant post the interface)
we run the app and we get a white page after few seconds.
all our customers last month have the same problem!
we shared the app and they get white pages when they run XETS.
as you can see on top we have 4 machines in different locations different LAN different costumers different time.
The most off them is new installation but we have examples that XETS working correctly and suddenly - without any change or FW update - XETS give us the same white screen.
all of the machines was in costumers without proxy server. After all proxy is not a standard and they dont have or want to use.
is the proxy on in both locations? Are you seeing the same issue white screen?

XETs is only availabe through the channel partner gallery. Do they have their proxy off? I believe XETs requires it on.

we have a partner account and we send invitation to a new customer.
he is creating a new account and accept about 4-5 apps sharing invitations.
after all they connect to gallery and follow instarctions to add machine and install the shared apps to machine.

when they tryied to run QR code, Gallery, scan to cloud mail, all working good!
but Xerox Easy Translator Service loading a white screen and thats all.
I noticed that Xets is only avalaible when they login to Gallery only in My Apps Section! not at All Apps.
is something wrong with the app rights?
