I have two computers that use the VersaLink C405 printer. While using the Xerox Print Experience app, on one computer I can see the printer status and ink status and on the other computer these areas are blank. No matter how I resize the app, the data does not appear. What could be causing the issue?
I have attached a screenshot from each computer.
