Good morning , one question if they are using the Quick Link app to connect to a mobile they say sometimes as soon as it is installed the name of the printer is correct, however sometimes instead of the name it has a bunch of numbers why would it be? is there any option to make sure the correct name is display?
What printer are you looking to get a driver for? Its most likely that a change occurred on the Xerox Webpage that means the embedded link in the Versalink family printer is pointed at nothing now. You could maybe update the firmware or just download the driver on Xerox.com directly
I have a new customer that just loaded "Quick Links" App. When the customer uses it the app sends the print driver link page to the requesting user.
Specifically observed when customers follow the "for windows OS" link, the browser link produces the attached error code, regardless of the browser being used.
Is this a quick link app issue or is there another remedy that resolves it?
