Hello,

We are having issue with the xerox translate and print app. There are two jobs (26 pages) that we did no receive via email. We translated the pages from Spanish to English.

In total we had 80 pages which we separated into smaller segments for the translation. Out of all the pages the ones we did not receive are pages 48-74.

We tried to send them but we couldn't find any options to resend that job. Even though we didn't received those jobs, we still got charged on the account.

Is it possible to resend or get the 26 page credit back on the account so we can re do those pages?

The order number from when we purchased the credit is #144839246. Let us know if you need further information.

1. If you were a past customer with that option please let us know the account. If not we currently don't offer that at the moment.

2. That was an error in the documentation, the app will provide a .doc not .docx.

Hello,

I got two questions...

1. Can I send electronic documents directly for translation rather than printing and scanning?

2. The app details say a .docx file is emailed, but I'm getting a .doc.  I just updated to version 1.5.4 and it still sends .doc.  How do I get it to send .docx file?
