Check for any error messages or issues with the printer itself. Make sure it has enough paper and ink or toner.
Hello,
just today we bougth the 1,000 pages Translate and Print subscription. We made a couple of succesfull tests (transate and print) but we econcountered a problem for a single job. Pages seem to have been scanned and the order appears within completed but nothing came out... We can prove it because from printer's job list (Xerox WorkCentre 7830i) nothing appears for this job. How we can retreive those pages or receive a page count refund ?
