what is the version of software on the device? Does it end in 21010? If so there is a patch that would need to be installed.
The error appears right after I press scan. The software is installed on a C8155.
Does that message appear when you open the app or after you have logged in and attempt to scan? What device is this on?
Trying to install the Xerox Translator App. After registering for a trial. We updated the firmware of our demo equipment, we installed the translator app, but we are always getting this error: an error occurred while scanning. Please restart the service.
Any ideas on why this is happening and how to fix it?
