Can anyboby help? My Xerox Healthcare MFP App not working on my Printer screen.
I just purchased a license for Xerox Healthcare MFP. After adding my license to my Consensus unite efax solution and setup, After associated my License with the printer secial number and the App. Only obe button is showing.>> Fax NonPHI. The rest Share Patient Info and Scan to EMR do not show in the App.
Normally All the 3 buttons should be visible.
I have deleted and reinstall the App, I have delete, dessociated the printer, re-added the license and reassociated the license with the printer and still not showing the full App features.
