I recently had to reset my App Gallery password. However, after I went to log in, I recieved the following message. "Your account must be verified before you can log into the gallery. You will receive an email with further instruction." I never recieve the email with the further instructions. I've checked my junk and spam folder, no email in there either. I have a xerox.com email address and log in, if that information helps.
Checked your account and it shows that it is active so you should be able to login. Have you tried resetting your password?
Yes, it failed when I reset the password. That's when I started getting the message.
We can delete your account and have you start over so long as you have never purchased any apps with the account. Please let us know if you that is what you want us to do.
Its OK, its nothing important. I can always re-add the apps and devices. Unless you can help me get my account verified. I never receive the email, I'ved checked my spam and junk folder for it.
