Which app are you using when the error occurs? Are you using the Scan to Multi-Destination app? And are there any Workflow Tags set up for this app? If yes, which Workflow Tags do you have defined?
Are there any VersaLink devices that the App works as expected on? If yes, which device is working for you?
You just have to go into EIP and enable the 3 it lists need to be enabled.
I have a problem with a versalink b405 and multiple Target scans. When using the app, the message appears
One or more required EIP web services are not enabled...
Any ideas? The firmware is up to date and it appers on several devices.
