Hi there,
in some customer environments the App Gallery connector sometimes shows a "app not downloadable ´cause system is offline" message (WEB-Store and App Gallery button connection from display). If you check the ip-link, the WEB-UI is available. Ping is permanently there, all network setting are ok for a connection to "outside". Latest SPAR on.
In earlier times with the old App-Store, this was no problem, ´caus there was a download button in the App-Store for offline installation over the WEB-UI (Weblet-Installing).
In the relaunched App-Gallery/App-Store Xerox lets us know, that the download button is not available any longer.
So the only way to load the apps to the system is, to open firewall ports and give a application-acception to the firewall.
Question:
Which ports must be opened that a xerox system can reach the App Gallery server?
Which link is the xerox system connecting?
