App Gallery Box, Unable to access box via 3655, even after re-install it sit waiting with a timer

Up until today Print and Scan for Box work fine… suddenly today it just continues with processing !!!! I had been using Box virtually every other day an then it stops… I have uninstalled and re-installed from the app Gallery and it still does not work.

Hello, Pat. I would like to ask a couple question regarding this machine. What software/firmware version is the machine running? Has the proxy setting been changed recently on this device? After the "Processing...." message displays, are any other messages (for example; Service not available) generated? Do you have other machines exhibiting the same issues connecting to Box? Have you tried a double Clear All and/or rebooting the device? Can you access Box successfully external to the device? Thank you!
