No, the "!" symbol is available for selection when the "shift key" (up arrow)  is enabled. See attachment

ConnectKey - Applications. No "!" symbol on keyboard.

I have installed the scan to/print from dropbox applicatuion onto a customers 7225. 

Only to find that the "!" symbol is not avlialbe on the keyboard.

 

Thei passwords contain the ! symbol so therefore they cannot authenticate their dropbox login details.

 

Is this just a huge oversite in this apps development?
