DropBox from the App Gallery fails to navilgate through folders,, report Session has expired. Even after exit or reboot of device logout and logon does not resolve it.. Always getting the same error, even after re-install

Hello, Pat. We have not been seeing or have had reports of folder navigation issues or 'Session expiration' errors associated with the Dropbox app. Is this happening with the same WC3655 device (as well as, other devices) that was experiencing connection issues with the Box application? Has the proxy setting been changed recently on this device? What language is the printer set with? Have you tried a double Clear All on the device? Navigating Dropbox folders external to the device is working as expected? Thank you!

Following the upgrade WorkCentre_3655-system-sw#07306006608210#ENG_MOD.DLM, still getting errors.. It now is able to logon to Dropbox and show the Dropbox folder,, if I select close and start it jumps to the scan options menu.. I can then select to scan a document !!! Then it shows and error saying job "cannot be completed, unknown error occurred and the file would not be sent to DropBox.. Thereafter the access can be closed. It also is not showing the sub f.olders in Dropbox, only the initial folder
