We have been investigating the Office 365 Login issue. On the surface, this looks like it might be an issue with your connection to SharePoint online.
Can either of you launch your SharePoint online in a web browser and log in successfully?

I have logged into 365 via the browser with no issues, i have tried from the device again this morning and am still receiving the same error.

The Dropbox log in issue has been resolved by the Dropbox team. You should be able to log in to the App. without error now.
I have tried the Office 365 app. on several devices here and I have not recreated the log in error. All of my log in attempts have been successful. Do you know if anything has changed with the Office 365 account since the last successful log in? Can you log in to Office 365 outside the app. via the web browser (ie; go here: https://login.microsoftonline.com and log in)?

We have tried 073xxx26100 , 08210 , 34540 with the same result. I last used the 365 app about 3 weeks ago at a partner. It worked fine at the time. I have tried to login again this morning and still receive the same error message.

This is still being investigated, but the Dropbox login issue may be on the Dropbox side. We have reached out to them and are waiting for their response. I will update you as soon as I have additional information.
I did not experience any errors logging into Office 365. Is the error still being generated when you attempt to login?
If so, could you please let me know: what device the error is occurring on and what s/w/f/w version it's running.
Can you confirm, did the the Office 365 account also work last week as well?
I can confirm it is not working for Dropbox or Office365. I don't know the cause.
Confirmed on the latest 073.xxx.106.26100 firmware on the 59xx, 78xx and 79xx.

I received a call from a partner yesterday saying that they were unable to login to either of these services. When i tried at our offices i received the same error "username or password are invalid" . Is there a reason for this as it worked last week? Is there anything else i should be looking out for?
