There is a similar Print and Scan for OneDrive Gallery App that you could try.
Go to this URL: https://appgallery.external.xerox.com/xerox_app_gallery/login
You will need to create a Gallery Account, which you can do from the first screen.
Once your account has been created, login and search for the OneDrive app.
Click the Add to My Apps link.
Click the Devices tab and add information for the device that you would like to deploy the app to.
Go the My Apps and select the Install button.
Select the Free button that is associated with your device and select Install.
Give the app a try and please let us know if this resolves the user's issues.
Thanks!
Thanks Mod
This is the first time i''ve heard about it. This really helps.

Hi, Mark.
Does the OneDrive app generate an error when they attempt to logi n and view their files/folders? Or does it just not display any of their repository content?
The App Studio OneDrive app should give the customer a choice to use either a Business or Personal account. Has the customer tried both options and both have not worked?
There is a Scan to / Print From Office 365 app in App Studio.. When logged into this app, the customer should have two folder options. One is for their Office 365 SharePoint site. The other would be for their Office 365 OneDrive site. You could try creating/using this app to see if OneDrive has better results.
One last question, what is the structure of their login? If the customer has an Office 365 custom domain, the login requires a specific format. It would look something similar to domain\username@domain.com.
Thanks!
I am setting up One Drive App and the end user uses a Non Profit version of Office 365/OneDrive. When they login it does not allow them to login and access their One Drive Accounts. Is there another version of the One Drive App or is there something I am missing?
The Personal Accounts for the Print/Scan One Drive Apps in App Studio are now working! Thank you for your patience while we fixed this problem.
Thanks,
