Re: Print and Scan Office 365 Log on to App

Hello, Robert.

Happy New Year!!

Sorry for the delay. Thank you so much for the offer to help.

We have found an account that can recreate the error message.  We are currently working on a resolution for this.  I will plan to contact you when we have more details or if we need an additional test or have a potential solution to try.

Thanks so much.  We will get this sorted out.

Re: Print and Scan Office 365 Log on to App

Hello,

I am just firing off this message since I am wondering where we are with this solutions. If you need me to try and log on again please let me know! I am not in a rush or anything but I did not want this to be forgotten with the new year. I don't have my printer at this time to test it out if we need to do that since it is being loaned out to a customer location.

Best Regards,

Robert

Re: Print and Scan Office 365 Log on to App

Hi, Robert.

No worries at all.

It looks like the team does have availability on November 6th.

Is there a time that works best for you?  The team has openings from 9am-10am, 11am-12pm and 2:30pm-4:30pm EST on Monday.

Will any of these times work?  Please let me know what fits best with your schedule and I will get a meeting setup.

Thank you,

Re: Print and Scan Office 365 Log on to App

In the past we had someone able to log on but I was not around at this organization at that time. I asked them to find out if they remember any s pecific set or issues they ran into and they indicated it was super easy. Just type in your e-mail and password associated with your Office 365 account and away you go.

I am available for a webex on Monday November 6th. Sorry, my weeks have been quite busy, please let me know if this works.

Regards,

Robert

Re: Print and Scan Office 365 Log on to App

Thank you for the additional informaiton.

Is the log in error specific to your log in ID?  Are there other people in your organization that are able to successfully log in to the Office 365 app?

We checked logs and there was one message that may be related to your log in attempt, but the information included in that message does not seem that it should be causing the trouble that you are seeing.  Would you be willing to join us in a WebEx meeting to help us troubleshoot what you are experiencing?  If yes, what days/times would work best for you?  Just let me know and I can set something up for us.

Thank you,

Re: Print and Scan Office 365 Log on to App

Yes, to view my e-mail I regularly use https://portal.office.com.

I am able to succesfully log on there and I attached screens, the first screen is my home screen at which I clicked the OneDrive button to access One Drive. I provided the URL bar so you can see the link to my OneDrive. Could you possibly assist me in making sure I am using the correct domain name. Base on my OneDrive Link - https://superiordigitalsolutions-my.sharepoint.com/personal/rbialy_superiordigitalsolutions_ca/_layo... which section would be my domain.

I assume I would be logging onto the device using superiordigitalsolutions\rbialy@superiordigitalsolutions.ca correct? The only thing I have to go on is this link http://www.support.xerox.com/support/xerox-app-studio/support/enus.html?objGUID=3082

Additionally no we are not using Active Directory.

Date and time of failed login: 10/19/2017 2:42pm  Eastern Time. Serial #E1B973646

Re: Print and Scan Office 365 Log on to App

Hello.

One additional request, when you have some time.  Would you mind logging into your Office 365 account via your PC Browser at https:// portal.office.com.

Are you able to successfully log in to the Portal using the PC Browser?  If you are able to log in to your account on the web, then using the same credentials (plus the domain information) should allow you to log in at the device. If you are able to log in using the browser, but are still not able to log in at the device, please let me know.  We can do some additional investigation here.

In the case of a failed log in at the device, could you please share the date and time of the failed login and the Device Serial number?  This will help us find the information quickly.

Thank you,

Re: Print and Scan Office 365 Log on to App

I see that you provided your SharePoint URL. Would you mind also providing your OneDrive URL? They can sometimes differ slightly.

Also, do you happen to be using Active Directory with your Office 365 account?

Thanks,
