Can you try to login using a single backslash in the UserName, please?  

 

Something like this: 

superiordigitalsolutions\rbialy@superiordigitalsolutions.ca 

 

When you have some time, please give this a try.

Print and Scan Office 365 Log on to App

Hello,

 

I am attempting to setup and use the Print and Scan Office 365 Log on app so that I can test it out before setting it up for other customers.

 

Printer: WC6655i

App Status: Installed

 

I am unable to log onto the app using my Office 365 credentials.

 

I have also attempted to log on using superiordigitalsolutions\\rbialy@superiordigitalsolutions.ca without any luck
