Re: Print from Dropbox issue

Actually, 3 or more minutes will cause issues if HTTPs is enabled. And changing the time on a Connectkey device is the one thing that will force the entire machine to reboot. Which takes 6-8 minutes. It won't even be pingable for 5 minutes.

But, if there is still an issue at this point, wait about a week and you should be able to upgrade the firmware to the upcoming General release, and just download the Dropbox app direct to the printer itself from App Gallery.

Re: Print from Dropbox issue

2 minutes should of been fine.  The time difference would of had to of been like 20 to be an issue.

Re: Print from Dropbox issue

Well it was originally 2 minutes behind back when I could access the web interface.  I decided to give it a shot and change it to better match the network clock and that's when I couldn't access the interface anymore.  I have since changed the clock numerous times, trying to get it as exact as I possibly could, and nothing has changed.  Even tried putting it back to 2 minutes behind and I still can't access it.

I called Xerox support and they walked me through a bunch of different things but nothing seemed to work.  About to do an altboot on the machine which hopefully resolves the issue.  I'll let you know though when everything is back up and running.

Re: Print from Dropbox issue

So was the time incorrect?  If so how off was it.

Also the reason you couldn't acess the CWIS page is because your computer clock didn't match the CWIS clock enough.

Re: Print from Dropbox issue

I changed the clock and now can't access the web interface. Trying to change it back just so I can access the interface but it has proven difficult.  I'm going to work on this for a bit and I'll let you know when I get back to the App.

Re: Print from Dropbox issue

The only obvious thing left is to make sure the clock is set correctly.  HTTPS requires the clocks to be synced within like 3-4 minutes of each other to work.

If it's not the clock then I can't really think of anything else that would obviously break the HTTPS.

Re: Print from Dropbox issue

I apologize for the confusion but Print From Dropbox still isn't working.  I can now log in as many times as I want which is working, but I still can't print.  I can see the files but get the error message printout saying "There was a problem detected using HTTPS".

Scanning to Dropbox works fine.  The scans go through and I can even see them from the PrintFrom App.  Trying to print anything though fails.

Re: Print from Dropbox issue

Okay but are you still getting the scanning issue then?
