I recently logged into my account and noticed that my licensese were gone. I tried reloading my initial Info and Scan keys but got the error that they were NOT A VALID KEY.
I got 2 new keys and when I tried loading those, the error I got was: InValidAppType.
Anyone know what the issue here is. I tried using both Chrome and IE.
I also cut and pasted the keys from my email. When that did not work, I did it from scratch and even put the lower-case letters in CAPS. I get the same result.
