Problems with license keys

I recently logged into my account and noticed that my licensese were gone. I tried reloading my initial Info and Scan keys but got the error that they were NOT A VALID KEY.

I got 2 new keys and when I tried loading those, the error I got was:    InValidAppType.

 

Anyone know what the issue here is. I tried using both Chrome and IE.

I also cut and pasted the keys from my email. When that did not work, I did it from scratch and even put the lower-case letters in CAPS. I get the same result.

With the release of Xerox App Studio 2.0 Info and the 1.0 Scan apps are now considered free apps.  See http://www.office.xerox.com/connectkey/apps/enus.html
