Receiving "Failed Authentication Exception" when trying to publish Connectkey info app

Trying to publish the Connectkey Contact info app to a 7855, software version 072.040.004.09100. Once I attempt to publish the app I receive "Failed Authentication Exception" or "unable to authenticate user" error. I am using Chrome, and I am logged into the device along with Centerware as an administrator
