Re: Scan problems to Office 365

Hello.

I have tried this out on our WC7845 and I have been able to view all of the SubSites, Folders and Sub-Folders that I created via the Office 365 interface.  I did notice that my folders, subfolders and uploaded files all display under the default Documents folder.  So, when I logged in at the device and browsed to my TeamSite it did appear at first glance that my folders were not there.  However, they were there.  I just had to drill down further to see them.

One thing to note, Subsite and folder titles and descriptions should not include any spaces or special characters.  I'm not sure if this may be causing the error message that you described in your last post ("error messages "There is no / {mysite} folder...").

Could you explain what you mean by the statement:  "When I push "our own offices" - Folder in a device control panel..."? Are you using a customer app that you've created and installed?

Yes, I do believe that it is possible to define that only certain folders will display at the device. This can be achieved using the Office 365 interface when the Folder is created or edited later (you can define who the folder is shared with).  Also, at the SubSite level, you can indicate if you'd like to inherit the Site permissions.

I've included a couple links to Office 365 information that I found helpful:

I hope that this is helpful.

Re: Scan problems to Office 365

WorkCentre 7845 Versio: 073.040.066.08210 When I log in to SharePoint Online using the Web browser I can see both folders and subfolders, but after log in at the device I can see only default folders on top level but not site or teamsites I've grounded. I have set up site collection and folders are there. User gredentials I have used are in Administrator group When I push "Our own offices" - Folder in a device control panel I get error messages "There is no / {mysite} folder..." But when I browse Teamsite -folder I can do it, but I can't see sites or folder that I've set up. Is it possible me to to define that only certain folders in general appears on the device's control panel ?

Re: Scan problems to Office 365

Hello.

I have included a link below to some additional information on using the Scan to Office 365 App.   Although, I think that you've most likely followed the steps included here.

I'm wondering what device you are using and what software/firmware version is currently installed on it.

Also, I'm curious, if you create a Shared Folder that this not Private, can you see this folder after you log in at the device?

When you log in to SharePoint Online using the Web browser, can you see/access all of the folders/subfolders?

Thanks!

Scan problems to Office 365

I have Sharepoint online with Office 365. The problem is that I can't see sub sites at all. I have set up a new organization and subsite under a top level. I can sign in but can't browse any folder in this subsite . I have full rights with gredentials to his folder. The shared folder is Private. Do you have any more detailed guidance for using Office 365 scanning from a multifunction printer ?
