Re: Scan to Folder - mtif

You are correct, under the standard ConnectKey Scan templates the option is available.  It appears as though the XAS Scan Apps use a static scan template instead of using the device's default File Format File Options and Filing Policy.  The XAS App does not have the these additonal settings embeddend in the File Format Scan setting.

Re: Scan to Folder - mtif

I did that, but there is not an option to indicate that it is a multi-page tif. As such, instead of creating a single file, it creates a folder (with the name I want the file to be) and then 00000001.tif, 00000002.tif, etc. for each page in the scan instead of a multi-page tif called 31B_Scan_2015_09_15_14_14_44_243.tif which is what the customer needs for their workflow. Make sense? Under the standard Connectkey scan templates, multi-page tifs are an option. In app studio they are not unless I am missing something.

Re: Scan to Folder - mtif

We suport .TIF File Format not .MTIF.  You can set the default File format to .TIFF when you design the app or select the file format at runtime if the File Format Scan setting was configured to be shown in the app .

Scan to Folder - mtif

can mtif's be a choice in the ConnectKey Scan to folder app?  The workflow application that is running on the server is looking for an mtif, PDF's will not work.
