After the alt boot I was able to successfully complete a scan to OneDrive. I will monitoir over the course of the next few days to see if it remains stable.
I was going to suggest the same, reload the FW version since the issue is not that persistent. We are not able to reproduce in our lab consistently. Keep up posted please.
DNS is setup properly. I can scan to e-mail with no problems using host name.
I'm goign to do an Alt-Boot, with DISABLE_DATA_BACKUP and FORCED_UPGRADE then re reload the firmware to see if that fixres it.
I'll keep you posted
Maybe the DNS isn't working correctly? Are you using DHCP to get the DNS server?
My environment requires no Proxy. I've been able to get out to the Gallery before and can get to XMPC with no problems.
Pleae keep me posted on the updated firmware. This affects my ability to demonstrate the workflows to partners and custoemrs

There is a known issue in this system software version, 073.xxx.075.34540, where the device intermittently locks up. The workaround is to reboot until you get the SPAR Release scheduled to be out at end of the month. Do you notice this happening only when you launch one of the XAS ConneckKey Apps?
Machine Name: Xrx6655
Machine Serial Number: E1B937149
System Software Version: 073.110.075.34540
I let the machine go to sleep and when it comoes out of it, I get the Services home screen, however when I select the App Icon and it will open but the keyboard will not pop up to enter credentials and the machine freezes again.
I rebooted the device and the same thing hapens again
That's really weird since the EIP apps shouldn't really be able to affect the machine that way. Which device firmware are you using?
Did you try and use the app a second time? Maybe the first time was a fluke.
