The Xerox 6515 device is not EIP enabled. This is the reason for the App Gallery not being present on the device. It's not supported at this time.
I will make sure that this feedback gets into the hands for the Device folks. They may consider enabling EIP in a future firmware release, as you recommend.

Guys this xerox 6515 is supposed to be a business printer and it is outrageous that it does not have the App Center.
HP sell similar priced printer that comes with this functionality.
Please release a firmware update with the App Center ASAP
